LoanMatch Now ("we", "us") operates https://loanmatch-now.pages.dev (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit a loan request we collect the information in the form: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, home address, Social Security Number, driver's license or state ID number, employment and income details, bank account information, requested loan amount and purpose, and your responses to eligibility questions.
Information collected automatically. IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, the date and time of your visit, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies. We may use analytics tools and session-recording tools to understand how visitors use the Site.
2. How we use information
- To transmit your loan request to lenders, lending partners and other third-party service providers in our network so they can evaluate it and, where applicable, present you with an offer.
- To verify your identity and prevent fraud.
- To communicate with you about your request and, with your consent, about other products and services.
- To operate, secure, analyze and improve the Site.
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms.
3. Credit authorization
By submitting a request you authorize us and the lenders and partners who receive your information to obtain consumer reports and related information about you from consumer reporting agencies and alternative data providers for the purpose of evaluating your request. Lenders may perform a soft or hard credit inquiry as described in their own disclosures.
4. How we share information
We share the information you submit with lenders, lending networks, marketing partners and service providers (see our Marketing Partners list) who may contact you regarding loans or other financial products. We may be compensated by these third parties. We also share information with vendors who help us operate the Site (hosting, analytics, fraud prevention, communications), with law enforcement when required by law, and in connection with a merger, sale or reorganization of our business.
The information you provide may be treated as a lead and sold or shared with the third parties described above. You may opt out as described in Section 7.
5. Cookies and tracking
We and our vendors use cookies, pixels and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.
6. Data security and retention
We use industry-standard safeguards, including TLS encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and as required by law.
7. Your privacy rights
All users: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing communications, by emailing support@loanmatch-now.pages.dev with the subject line "Privacy Request". Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and sell/share; to delete it; to correct it; to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise the right to opt out of sale/sharing, email support@loanmatch-now.pages.dev with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share". We will verify your identity before fulfilling requests. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have similar rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and opt-out of targeted advertising and sale, exercisable via the same contact.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
