Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using https://loanmatch-now.pages.dev (the "Site"), operated by LoanMatch Now. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Nature of the service
LoanMatch Now is not a lender, does not make credit decisions, does not broker loans, and does not charge consumers any fee for its service. The Site is a free matching service that transmits the information you provide to independent third-party lenders and lending partners ("Lenders") who may offer you a loan. We are not an agent, representative or broker of any Lender. Any loan agreement is solely between you and the Lender.
2. No guarantee
Submitting a request does not guarantee that you will be matched with a Lender, receive an offer, or be approved for any amount. Not all Lenders offer loans up to $50,000. Loan amounts, rates, fees, terms and funding times are determined solely by the Lender and vary by state, Lender and your individual circumstances. The service is not available in all states.
3. Eligibility and accuracy
You must be at least 18 years old, a U.S. resident, and provide truthful, complete and current information. Providing false information may violate federal and state law. You are responsible for the information submitted through your device or account.
4. Consent to be contacted
By providing your telephone number and checking the consent box on the form, you consent to receive calls and text messages, including via autodialer or prerecorded/artificial voice, from LoanMatch Now and its partners at that number. Consent is not a condition of receiving a loan. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.
5. Credit checks
Lenders may obtain consumer reports about you to evaluate your request. Late or missed payments on a loan may be reported to credit bureaus by the Lender. Renewal and collection practices are governed by the Lender's policies and applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to LoanMatch Now and may not be copied or used without permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.
7. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
THE SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOANMATCH NOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY LENDER OR THIRD PARTY.
8. Governing law; disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court.
9. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
